To register and maintain an account on 8winrm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:
Age Verification: 8winrm will require documentary proof of age and identity before processing any withdrawal from your account. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at 8winrm's discretion in compliance with applicable regulations.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 8winrm Platform. Opening, or attempting to open, duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. Any material inaccuracy or omission constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 8winrm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Accounts are primarily denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Once selected, the account currency cannot be changed. Deposit and withdrawal transactions will be processed in MYR using the current exchange rate for cryptocurrency transactions.
An account shall be deemed inactive ("dormant") if no login or financial transaction has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 8winrm reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of RM 20 per month to dormant account balances, following written notice to the account's registered email address.
8winrm accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin BTC, Ethereum ETH, Tether USDT, BNB). The availability of specific methods may be subject to change without advance notice.
Minimum deposit: RM 30. Maximum deposit per transaction: RM 50,000. Minimum withdrawal: RM 50. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: RM 30,000. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP accounts upon written request.
E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes. DuitNow / FPX bank transfers: 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire: 15–60 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals: dependent on network confirmation times. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. 8winrm reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds RM 5,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected.
8winrm does not accept deposits from third-party accounts (accounts not registered in your own name). Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
8winrm offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In any conflict between specific promotion terms and this clause, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the total bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while certain slots and table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
Any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements, exploit promotional loopholes, place offsetting bets across multiple accounts, or engage in any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension. 8winrm employs automated monitoring systems to detect such activity.
All bonuses carry an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated validity period, bonus funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the account. Expiry periods are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from a single bonus is capped at RM 2,880. Winnings above this cap derived solely from bonus funds may be removed, though the original deposit amount will remain withdrawable.
All bets placed on 8winrm are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8winrm Platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: 8winrm is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We conduct transaction monitoring, apply enhanced due diligence to high-value accounts, and report suspicious transactions to applicable regulatory and law enforcement bodies. Failure to cooperate with AML verification requests will result in account suspension.
8winrm is required by its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts before processing withdrawals or when triggered by risk-based monitoring.
KYC verification typically requires: (a) a government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence); (b) proof of address dated within 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence); (c) for cryptocurrency withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 equivalent, source-of-funds documentation may be requested.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. 8winrm will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation.
If a player refuses to provide requested KYC documentation, or if submitted documents are determined to be fraudulent or insufficient, 8winrm reserves the right to freeze the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and, where legally required, report the matter to relevant authorities. Original deposit amounts may be returned at 8winrm's sole discretion following successful AML screening.
8winrm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, 8winrm will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of real-money (non-bonus) funds to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the satisfaction of all outstanding obligations including AML requirements and the settlement of any disputed transactions.
